Refund policy

Because our products are custom printed on demand, all sales are considered final. Please read the following carefully before placing your order:

1. No Returns or Exchanges

  • We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, changing your mind, or general dissatisfaction with the product.

  • Please double-check sizing charts, product descriptions, and order details before confirming your purchase.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will replace it at no cost to you.

  • You must notify us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. Claims submitted after 7 days will not be eligible.

3. Order Issues

  • If there is a technical problem with your order (printing error, wrong item sent, etc.), we will fix it promptly by sending a replacement.

  • If the issue cannot be resolved through a replacement, we will work with you to find a fair solution.

4. Cancellations

  • Because production begins immediately after your order is placed, cancellations are not possible once your order has been submitted.

5. How to File a Claim

  • Email us at jakegtv101@gmail.com with:

    • Your order number

    • Photos of the defective/damaged product

    • A brief description of the issue

  • Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or appropriate solution.
