If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will replace it at no cost to you.

You must notify us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. Claims submitted after 7 days will not be eligible.

If there is a technical problem with your order (printing error, wrong item sent, etc.), we will fix it promptly by sending a replacement.
